Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, payroll and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems and organize office materials.
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring logistical arrangements.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, with strong help desk support and data entry abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical and organizational skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Preferably near Nasugbu, Batangas
