Assist in daily operations, manage schedules, maintain records, and provide administrative support to team members.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and manage phone calls and correspondence
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Maintain filing systems and manage office inventory
Assist with project coordination and report preparation
Handle data entry and manage scheduling tasks
Support team members with various tasks as needed

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in administrative roles or support positions is preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk support, MS Office applications, data analysis, time management, data entry, and strong written communication.
Working Conditions: Office environment; standard working hours with the possibility of overtime during busy periods.
