Description

  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Maintain and update company records and databases
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
  • Coordinate with different departments to support operational needs
  • Perform general office duties and provide support to management and staff

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
