- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and facilitate communication between departments.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, MS Office, Help Desk support, excellent written and verbal communication, and exceptional time management.
