1.Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees promptly and professionally upon arrival.
2.Manage the front desk area to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
3.Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department, ensuring efficient flow of foot traffic.
4.Answer and screen incoming phone calls, take messages, or redirect calls as necessary.
5.Receive, log, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, billings, and other documents.
6.Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including preparing billing statements, drafting basic reports, and supporting various office functions.
7.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for various departments.
8.Prepare basic correspondence, presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using MS Office tools.
9.Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place replenishment orders as needed.
10.Support planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and meetings.
11.May attend meetings and take minutes or detailed notes as required.
12.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents with discretion.
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
2.Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
4.Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
5.Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
7.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
8.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guests and employees courteously and efficiently.
9.Willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as needed.
