Description
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members and support various projects.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, data analysis, MS Office; strong written communication, time management, data entry, and purchasing skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
