Description

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and support managers.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of administrative experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong support capabilities, data analysis, scheduling, data entry, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate schedules, manage data entry tasks, and facilitate communication within the team.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
