Description

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Manage and organize company documents and records, including those related to construction and shipping
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks effectively
  • Coordinate with different departments to support project needs
  • Use office software (MS Office, ERP, etc.) to prepare reports, track tasks, and maintain data
  • Help improve office systems, including moving toward digital/electronic document management
  • Solve day-to-day problems and ensure office policies are followed
  • Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in office or administrative management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Familiarity with construction projects and shipping documents/records management
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • Knowledge of Digitalization/Electronic Document Management Systems (DEDMS)
