Description

Graduate of any 4-year course.

With at least 5 years of experience handling different areas of Administration Department. With Supervisory experience for more than 3 years or at least 1 to 2 years Managerial level.

Handled the following areas of Admin.:

Admin. Services

1. Facilities and Asset Management

2. Travels, Accommodation and Deployment of Company Drivers

3. Security and Safety Management

4. Costs Management: Utilities, Admin. Expenses, Procurement, etc.

Support to Human Resource

1. Sourcing, Screening and Selection

2. Onboarding and Orientation

3. Engagement Programs and Company Events

Willing to report on-site from Monday to Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Yearly bonus

Experience:

  • Recruitment and Deployment: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Admin Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
