Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of an organization by managing the processing and payment of invoices. This position is essential to maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring that financial obligations are met in a timely manner. The Accounts Payable Specialist typically operates in a fast-paced office environment where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount, contributing directly to the overall financial health of the company.

Basic Skills and Requirements:

- Knowledgeable in Basic Bookkeeping

- With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Manual Bookkeeping;

- Knowledgeable/experience in BIR filling system (especially in preparation for BIR)

- Keen on details and willing to be trained further for Financial Accounting job.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Willing to work on-site in Veterans Center, Western Bicutan, Taguig City

Skills:

- MS Office (Esp. Excel)

- Communication skills and team collaboration

- Education/Training

Any of the following:

- Accounting Tech

- Business Management (Major in Accounting);

- Basic Taxation/Corporate Compliance

- Basic Bookkeeping (Applied)

- Bookkeeping NCll

- Other related or relevant training and application
