- Manage invoices, assist with financial reporting, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing processes.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, financial statements, bookkeeping, and accounting software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
