Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Costing Analyst or Pricing and Bid Analyst.
• Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
• Amenable to work in a day shift.
• Amenable to work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, or tenders in response to client RFPs/RFQs.
• Manage bid timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
• Organize and lead bid kickoff meetings to define roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Compile bid documentation, including technical, financial, and administrative sections.
• Format, proofread, and edit proposals for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.
