Job Title: Settlement Analyst

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing the billing process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

• Billing Process, Review, and Analysis
• Process billing to clients/vendors
• Review documents and billing statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and company policies
• Identifying and Resolving Discrepancies
• Detect billing errors, discrepancies, and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues
• Process Improvement
• Analyze billing processes
• Identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Communication with Customers and Stakeholders
• Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Resolve billing issues, respond to inquiries, and provide necessary information

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve billing issues
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• 2–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance (preferably with experience in logistics)
