Job Description
- Record and update daily receivables/transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain and organize financial documents and files
- Prepare bank deposits and assist in bank reconciliation
- Support payroll preparation if needed
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding billing and payments
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to accounting
