- Assist with day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain precise financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in accounting roles.
- Skills: Proficient in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Management, Bookkeeping, Due Diligence, and Compliance.
- Responsibilities: Manage invoices, financial statements, and cash flow statements.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; may require overtime during month-end close.
- Qualities: Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
