Description
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and the general ledger
- Assist with audits and tax preparation
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience Level: At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable, QuickBooks, and SAP; knowledge of auditing and reconciliations is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage invoices, perform reconciliations, assist in audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard business hours with potential overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
