- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
- Check preparation for Petty Cash, Reimbursements and Cash Advance by employees.
- Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks
- Perform basic accounting/auditing duties
- Recording of sales, purchases and expenses
- Computation and preparation of collections
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closed activities
- Prepares and verifies details of business transactions to post respective journal entries
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- 1 year(s) of working experience is advantage but not required.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Must Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, Accounting Software, Cost analysis, Teamwork
- Analytical abilities, High degree of attention to detail, and accuracy
- Strong analytic abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ownership and pride in work product
- CPA, or other relevant certifications is a plus.
- Available to start as soon as possible (optional)
