Description
- Prepare, review, and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions
- Assist in monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of payroll data
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Accountancy
* 1 to 2 years of related work experience
* with experience in NetSuite is a plus
