Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Reconcile accounts and manage month-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Requirements
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations and financial management
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (esp. QuickBooks)
- Organization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field
- Knowledgeable in processing government-mandated benefits and other related documentation.
