- Ensuring the implementation of Credit and Collection processes and policies
- Preparing Statement of Accounts and other necessary reports
- Monitor and follow-up collection of receivables before due date.
- Follow up payments from clients through calls, emails and letters and do reconciliations
- Maintain good business relationship with both internal and external clients
- Daily posting of all collections and related credit memos
- Filing of all documents issued per customer for accounts handled
- Daily collection summary
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Finance Department
