Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in audits and tax preparation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Paranaque City
- 20-30Yrs Old
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of accounting or finance-related experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in QuickBooks, data entry, and general ledger accounting; strong written communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensure accuracy in financial statements, and assist in process improvements.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require extended hours during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
