Accounting Specialist

Job Description
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and manage discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with auditors and support financial audits.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills.
