Description

  • Implement proper sales process
  • Implement on time and accurate disbursement and monitoring expenses
  • Implement proper cash handling
  • Implement proper control inventory
  • In-Charge in updating BIR Books
  • Implement control on unused receipts and checkbooks.
  • Simulation or encoding of deposits
  • Submission of monthly reports which includes but not limited to sales report, disbursement and cash on hand/in bank reports


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is an advantage; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
