Assists in processing and recording of transaction.
Assist Senior Staff in processing and analyzing accounts.
Handles recording in the Accounting system all transactions relating to the various financial activities of the company;
Assists in the preparation of Financial Statements and other financial reports to be sent to the Management;
Assists in Tax schedule generation and preparation for filling.
Reconciles all accounts for all the companies being handled; and
Assists in the preparation of reports and other documents needed for the internal and external audit.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage invoicing, assist in audits, ensure timely collections, and prepare financial statements.
Working Conditions: Office-based role, standard business hours.
