Description
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable, Financial Management, SAP, QuickBooks, and Tax Reporting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage accounts payable/receivable, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain accounting systems.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, standard working hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills.
