- Process payments through checks and online banking
- Encode disbursements and collections in SAP
- Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements
- Process branch transactions at banks as required
- Assist in preparing import and export reports for monthly PEZA reporting
- Support in monthly inventory audits when necessary
- Maintain, organize, and update treasury-related records, including digital storage
- Assist in SAP encoding of other treasury transactions
- Attend monthly committee meetings and provide treasury-related assistance
- Carries out additional responsibilities within the scope of skills and experience, as directed by management
