IPM Realty and Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City. In this fulltime role, you will oversee the company's financial accounting and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial records and statements. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the strategic growth and direction of our real estate development business.
Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports, statements, and analyses for management and external stakeholders
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
Provide guidance and mentoring to the accounting team, promoting professional development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and decision-making
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA certification
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting management role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Proven track record of managing financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
Thorough understanding of Philippine Accounting Standards and taxation regulations
