Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, promoting professional development.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
