• Production and presentation of Financial Reports to management
• Ensures cost efficient operations and sound financial management
• Preparation of companies individual Budget
• Supervision and monitoring over Odoo activities
• Monitoring of BIR payments remittances
• Updates and monitors internal control of the company
• Supervises staff
• Management Initiatives
• Compliance to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience, with supervisory or lead exposure preferred
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and statutory compliance
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Xero, SAP B1, or similar) and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in an SME environment
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred but not required:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Experience in costing, budgeting, and process improvement
