- Finance Business Partner to the Plant Team
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements
- Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions as needed
- Oversee the plant's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Ensure appropriate management and control of fixed assets and capital expenditures
- Ensure appropriate management and control of Inventories
- Manage and lead the plant finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; preferably CPA
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial reporting
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
