- Manage financial processes, oversee audits, and ensure accurate billing and reconciliations.
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team
- Conduct audits and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with external auditors as needed
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decisions
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial management, and QuickBooks. Expertise in audit, billing, reconciliations, and due diligence.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require collaboration with overseas accounting teams.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
