Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in managing full accounting cycle (AP, AR, payroll, financial reporting).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP, ensuring transparency and adherence to accounting standards.
• Analyze financial data and trends, providing actionable insights to improve cost control, optimize revenue, and drive overall financial performance.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports, staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, promoting a collaborative environment and supporting professional growth through training and development.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the accounting department to increase efficiency and ensure best practices are followed.
