Job Summary
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department
Main duties & responsibilities:
1. Payables
- Assist in double-checking of Payables (vouchers and attached supporting documents), including Provincial offices.
- Double-check vouchers and verify expenses and decision sheets for charity-related cases such as for Scholars/Education, Long-term Beneficiaries, medical assistance, etc and office expenses;
- Verify and check Provincial expense vouchers
- Receiving of vouchers and checking if said submitted vouchers have all the necessary documents attached;
- Receive, analyze and file all vouchers and attached related documents such as invoice, official receipts, etc.;
- Scanning of Cash/Medical Assistance ARs (Acknowledgment Receipts);
- Attends meeting pertaining to Charity & Educational matters.
- Verify & input Case Reports & Decision Sheets for Charity Cases.
- Monitoring and processing of employee's ATM and scholar's lost cards and pin mailer;
2. Donation
- Receiving donations;
- Encoding of donations to Offline System and Online System;
- Assist with donation-related tasks, when needed.
- Upload and print the receipts of Filipino Donations per month (Marikina, Tatalon, Sta. Mesa, Relief, Long term beneficiaries, Humanity Class, Tacloban, and Bohol);
- Filing of donation receipts;
- Processing of Donations (receiving of donations, donation entry and verification, generation and sorting of Official Receipts) submitted to the Foundation with the supervision and approval of Head Volunteer of Treasury & Accounting Department;
- Maintains simple monthly excel worksheets to reflect a much-detailed breakdown and subcategories to which donations belong under (as requested by donor or Commissioner - Bohol, Tacloban, VIP, etc.), as well a listing of receipts issued on each day donations are processed and to be later written into the books required by BIR;
- Helps to convey system requirements and other needed updates or corrections to DonPH (Donation System) to System Developer. Provide technical support to DonPH;
- Ensure the highest standards of quality are achieved in all duties carried out and communicate effectively within the team;
- Other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications Standards:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any business course
Professional Experience
- With at least (1) year work related experience
