Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including:
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank and cash reconciliations
• Recording sales and expenses
• Prepare and file monthly and quarterly financial reports (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Assist with payroll processing and computation of statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Monitor inventory and update related accounting entries (if applicable)
• Work closely with management to track budgets and forecast expenses
• Ensure timely compliance with government tax filings and financial regulations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course
• Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting (experience in a small business or construction company is a plus)
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR filings, and compliance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
• Resides in or near Taytay, Rizal and can reliably commute to the office
