Position Overview

• RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial health and decision-making processes of the company by preparing accurate monthly management accounts, performing key reconciliations, and conducting financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have experience working with UK-based accounts and a solid background in accounting operations, particularly using Oracle NetSuite.

Responsibilities: 

Prepare monthly management accounts, including:

• Prepayments and accruals
• Fixed assets management
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Expense tracking
• Partial purchase ledger involvement
• Customer and supplier rebates

Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks such as:

• Gross profit and sales analysis
• Cost and variance analysis

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to UK accounts
• Proficient in Oracle NetSuite or similar accounting systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• Proven experience in an accounts department
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with general accounting software
• Familiarity with the building/construction industry is a plus.

• Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 85,000 depending on experience
