PTPA (URGENT)

We are hiring Accounting Associate in our 5 star hotel (compress Working Hours)

Area of Deployment: Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform general administrative tasks within the finance department.

Qualifications

• With or Without Experience
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
