Job Responsibilities:

• Post, process, and update journal entries and financial data to ensure that all business transactions are accurately recorded and readily available

• Reconcile cash balances per books with bank balances

• Maintain an organized set of detailed records, reports, and files to document financial transactions required by Management and the BIR

• Review expenses for the assigned company

• Handle monthly and annual financial closing

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accounting

• At least 5 years of experience in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

• Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and capable of handling various clerical duties

• Proficient in English

• CPA is an advantage but NOT required
