About the role

Yinshan Lending Inc. is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist - Invoicing Specialist to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing to our clients.
What you'll be doing

• Reports To: Finance ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our finance team,with a primary focus on preparing and issuing invoices for our lending operations. The idealcandidate will ensure timely, accurate invoicing, maintain financial records, and support otherbasic accounting functions as needed.Key Responsibilities: Prepare, generate, and issue accurate invoices for loan disbursements, repayments,interest, and fees. Ensure all invoice data complies with internal policies and relevant lending agreements. Coordinate with the lending and collections teams to ensure accuracy in billing andcustomer data. Reconcile customer payments from the Masterfile versus the manual invoices made. Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

What we're looking for

•  Associate degree or degree holder in Accounting/Financial Management Prior experience in invoicing, billing, or an accounting support role is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Skills: Experience working in a financial services or lending environment. Basic understanding of interest calculations and loan repayment schedules
