- Prepares and process accounts payable checks.
- Sets up invoices for payment and encode to the accounting system.
- Processes check requests.
- Prepares aging schedule, analysis of accounts and adjusting entries.
- Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
- Accountancy graduate or related
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Staff
- Highly organized
- Can work under pressure
- Team player
- Must be keen to details
- With above average communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Willing to work in Chino Roces ext. Makati City
- No work experienced required
- Fresh Graduate
