We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Accounting Staff to join our team at THE EUROPEAN HAIR FACTORY INC.' in Cabuyao City Laguna. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and operations of our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Performing general accounting tasks such as recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
• Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Conducting bank reconciliations and managing petty cash
• Supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
