Handle full set of Accounts and month-end financial reporting
Prepare monthly management reports with detailed analysis and audit schedules
Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
Prepare quarterly GST and submission of GST
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agent, corporate secretary, customers & suppliers on related work
Able to perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Minimum diploma in Accountancy
Knowledge of Accounting Software, Xero is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in accounting (Candidates from audit firm are highly preferred)
Able to work in fast pace environment and multitask
Able to manage 1-2 staffs
F&B industry will be added advantage
Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail, and the ability to execute with speed and accuracy
Well-spoken with a highly polished, professional appearance
Able to build great working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders
Have a practical, hands-on, can-do attitude
Work well in a team, and possess unshakeable integrity
Be able to work independently at speed, with a variety of priorities
Eager to learn and expand their knowledge and skill base.
