Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Knowledge of vessel accounting is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience in supervising or mentoring staff is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Work Details

• Location: Bacoor City, Cavite
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• (Saturday on-site reporting is optional)
• Salary Range: ₱65,000 – ₱95,000 (gross)
