- Manage daily financial transactions and records.
- Prepare and assist in monthly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members for process improvements.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with internship experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Accounts Payable and Receivable, Financial Management, Billing, and Financial Analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage invoices, process payments, assist in financial reporting, and support budgeting activities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team.
