Description
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in month-end and year-end closings.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting processes specific to a manufacturing setup.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and efficiency.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and external consultants as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- Familiarizing with Manufacturing set-up
- With experience with handling people
