• Supervise and lead the accounting team

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements

• Manage internal and external audits

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Oversee all accounting functions including month-end and year-end closing

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

• Provide financial analysis and reporting

• Mentor and guide team members

• Handle all BIR-related compliance and reporting.

• Coordination with external auditors and BIR examiners during audits

• Ensure timely remittance and submission of all tax obligations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine tax laws.

• Proficient in SAP System (this is a must)

• Experience in BIR filings and tax compliance

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
