• Manage key accounts on a daily basis, ensuring timely responses to client needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication.
• Understand client requirements in-depth and offer tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to provide business improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth execution of projects and resolve any client concerns or challenges.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing adjustments to maximize company profitability.
• Prepare regular reports to track key account sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in the development of marketing and sales strategies to drive new client acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• With experience in managing or operating social media apps or related live streaming/voice chat/1v1/gaming app is a plus（eg live、sugo、voya、siya、chamet、popup)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of client organizations.
• Customer-centric mindset, capable of offering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Analytical skills to extract valuable insights from market data and drive business decisions.
• Ability to work independently, with strong project management and cross-departmental collaboration experience.
• Fluency in both English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate effectively with local and international clients.
