Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to support product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term success.
Serve as a customer advocate by capturing and channeling client feedback to Product and Development teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Support, Accounting, Product, and Channel teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Oversee onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and achievement of expected MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue).
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upgrade revenue through increased product adoption.
Provide strategic account management to drive client engagement and product value realization.
Accurately manage CRM (HubSpot) and other systems to ensure real-time data visibility for internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry and market trends to provide insights and strategic guidance to clients.
Share best practices and continuously improve internal processes and client success methodologies.
Become an expert in the company’s F&B and Retail software solutions to effectively educate and support clients.

Open to any course (preferably degree in Business Management, or related fields.)
Two positions available Senior and Junior Level:
Senior Level: At least two (2) years experience in client success, account management, customer service, or a related customer-facing role (SaaS or tech company experience).
Junior Level: No experience required but knowledge in SaaS or tech company is a plus.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; can think strategically and act tactically
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Technical teams
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce; confident in maintaining accurate data
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Tech-savvy and eager to become an expert in Mosaic’s products and solutions
Self-motivated with a positive, customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
Knowledge of the F&B, retail, or entertainment industries is a plus
