Description
- Manage client accounts and build strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to clients on account status.
- Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of account management experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
