Roshan Commercial Corporation (RCC) is a Philippine-based retail, distribution, and real estate enterprise with over 30 years in the industry. Its distribution arm – Hassarams is focused with the vision of becoming a powerhouse in the innovation and distribution of sports and lifestyle products, Hassarams has evolved into an omni-channel marketing operation with a strong presence in retail locations, e-commerce avenues and dealers across the country. All with the aim of providing a seamless consumer shopping experience. The company, under its flagship moto/bike accessories brand, Spyder, has a continually expanding network of over 100 concession and mono-brand retail locations across major shopping centers and malls in the country such as SM, AyalaMalls, Gaisano and Robinsons.   Roshan Commercial Corporation has been in existence since 1994. The company’s roots however, are in a sole proprietor company (Hassarams) which specialized in the wholesale and distribution of eyewear. Since 1985, the company has now grown and is focused on activities listed below.   Hassarams Distribution Division   ●     The company runs its own retail store concepts under the brand Spyder and Gear up. Currently standing at 32 locations nationwide across various malls in the country. Focused on selling moto helmets, bike helmets, sunglasses and other related accessories   ●     The company distributes via different channels such mall department stores in SM malls, Robinsons, Gaisano; Optical outlets, travel shops, and sporting goods stores   ●     Distributes active lifestyle gear such as helmets under the following brands – MT helmets Spain, Scoyco moto apparel accessories, and other related brands and accessories   ●     Three main distribution offices in the Philippines to service the entire Philippine market. Offices are located in the three main cities of the country – namely Manila, Cebu, and Davao.
