LIPA QUALITY CONTROL CENTER INC. was established April 17, 1993, initially providing analytical service to feed mills and farms nationwide. Three years after, it expanded its services to animal disease diagnostics. Most recently, it has extended analytical services to food, pharmaceutical and water/wastewater testing. After fifteen years, LQCCI established its first satellite laboratory at Bocaue, Bulacan on April 15, 2008 commonly known as LQCCI North. Today, LQCCI is recognized by the Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) for the analysis of the finished feeds, raw materials and veterinary drugs and by the Department of Health (DOH) and the Environmental Management Bureau (EMB_DENR) for the bacteriological physical and chemical analysis of drinking and ground/surface water by the Bureau of Food and Drugs (BFAD) for pharmaceutical and food analysis. We aim to become one of the service laboratories in the country by setting quality assistance to its clientele by ISO 17025, which will propel the laboratory to world-class standards. VISION LIPA QUALITY CONTROL CENTER, INC. aims to be a leading key industry player that sustains innovative and best quality laboratory services that are anchored in its highly competent personnel, conducive workplace and notable social and environmental involvement. MISSION We are committed to render analytical and animal diagnostic services to its customer, the feed millers, poultry livestock growers and other industries, both from public and private sectors.
